Family of Craig Wills, fatally shot in wrecked vehicle on I-71, says questions remain a year later

A year after Craig Wills was found fatally shot inside a wrecked vehicle along Interstate 71, Wills' family says they are still searching for answers about what led to his death and what happened in the moments before he was discovered.
